Focus Groups

Focus groups offer a qualitative and interactive method for gathering people’s opinions, beliefs and attitudes towards products, services, ideas and concept.  In my focus groups I facilitate a relaxed discussion on a definite set of questions.  So although my work is goal-orientated, the format is natural and unstructured and this allows for spontaneity and a conversational ebb and flow of ideas.  Group size is typically 8 or less people.
